The real reason I joined FASTer Way + became a coach…
Since becoming a heart parent, my life has been filled with both incredible love and immense challenges. Our son was born with a single ventricle heart, and navigating that journey threw our family into a state of constant fight or flight. My cortisol levels were through the roof, and I struggled to feel in control of my body and hormones. I didn’t recognize myself anymore.
I tried everything—every program, every diet, every method—but nothing helped me break old patterns or feel like “me” again. That’s when I found FASTer Way. Its cohesive strategies to balance hormones, paired with simple yet effective workouts and meal plans, gave me the tools I didn’t even know I needed.

Intermittent Fasting:
I’ll guide you through this simple eating schedule that works with your body, not against it. You won’t skip meals—in fact, you might find yourself eating more! And yes, coffee and wine are still on the table. Intermittent Fasting helps your body tap into fat for fuel naturally.
Carb Cycling:
We’ll incorporate two low-carb days each week to deplete glycogen stores and encourage fat-burning. On these days, you’ll enjoy higher healthy fats to balance things out.
Macro Tracking:
Using the FASTer Way app, you’ll easily track your carbs, proteins, and fats to ensure your body gets exactly what it needs to thrive and burn fat. Plus, we offer optional meal plans preloaded into the app to make it even simpler.
